Raised across eight countries and three continents, adaptability isn’t a skill Esther learned, it’s how she operates. Esther leads across cultures, navigates change with ease, and drives alignment in complex, fast-moving environments.​

With a BA in Economics, Politics, and Statistics, an MA in Financial Management, and early experience in Capital Markets, Esther brings a strong commercial backbone to every decision. She pairs strategic thinking with commercial reality.

Esther led the redesign of Lloyds Banking Group's three retail banking apps, Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland, through a series of design sprints, earning her Digital Star of the Year by FDM everywoman in Technology Awards. 

At Domino’s, Esther built and led a global delivery function, establishing a Group PMO and multi-disciplinary delivery teams across markets. She embedded execution rigour at scale, creating the operating backbone that enabled consistent, high-impact delivery. This work earned her a nomination as Finalist for Transformation Leader of the Year (Women in Digital).

Esther guided the enterprise shift from a project-led model to a product operating model, building a global Product Department spanning Strategy, Management, Design and User Research, and embedded product thinking into how the organisation planned, built, and scaled.

Beyond corporate, Esther co-founded Nelly & Woods Collective Stays, building a hospitality brand from the ground up. The business has been featured across countless media, welcomed thousands of guests, and maintains a near-perfect rating, keeping her work grounded in entrepreneurship, customer experience, and real-world execution.
